All of the sales associates are very knowledgeable about the product. They are always very helpful with insight. A few days ago we went to buy a 3D printer that was sold out everywhere for our son and our sales associate let us know about upcoming shipments and availability. They have also fixed and educated us when we were having computer problems. Always our first stop when we are looking to purchase any technology.

The laptop prices are competitive and their selection is big. The same products online were the same price or more expensive. The staff is helpful and friendly. They will try to upsell you of course, so I'd recommend going in there with at least some knowledge of what you need and don't need (antivirus, warranty, etc). Love my new Dell!

This place is geek heaven! The sales associates are geeks just like you. And the place is stocked to the gills with the best gear any techie would want. From specialty mice and other pointing devices to mechanical keyboards, monitors, printers, laptops, general purpose and specialty tools, magazines, books, accessories and knick-knacks like fans, video adapters, audio cables... The list is endless. In a world of generic big box stores, Microcenter is a world apart!

I dropped in on a whim yesterday and had an incredible experience. As a first-time visitor, I was lucky enough to work with Nick, who was exceptionally thorough. He took the time to explain the technical differences between various laptops and helped me find the perfect fit for my needs. His genuine kindness made the process seamless. To top it off, the management team personally reached out to thank me for my business. This store clearly values its customers—I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could!

I went in for my laptop, that I did not get from Micro Center. I didn't have an appointment during the holidays and I still had an acceptable wait time to be seen. No issues with my warranty and they handled everything. The turnaround was fine with account for the holidays. The ETA on their site was definitely off, but I also wasn't reliant on it and thought that, again, the turnaround and communication via text was great. The employees look like they like to work there and were very customer service oriented. I honestly don't exactly love the parkville area BUT will make an exception for places like this as they did a really great job. Thanks guys!

Had a really good experience at Micro Center thanks to Zeke. He was friendly right away and easy to talk to, which made asking questions feel comfortable. He clearly knows a lot about PC parts and took the time to explain things in a way that actually made sense. He helped me figure out what I needed without trying or rush me. Overall just a solid, genuine interaction and great customer service. Appreciate the help, Zeke.

My first time at a Microcenter, and I really wish there were more nearby! It was great to see such a wide variety of parts and items in stock and ready to purchase. They were the only place within 75+ miles that had UniFi equipment, which made me want to come back! The prices were reasonable, and the store had a nice range of products. The only thing that could make it even better is if they opened one closer to where I live.

I bought a new gaming laptop here a little less than a year ago. Started having some issues with the machine and used their online help chat thing. They told me it was under their warranty still and I could bring it in for a free diagnostic check. Brought it in and they fixed the first issue in under an hour, second issue was a little more intensive requiring hardware replacement all still under warranty. The entire time they communicated what was happening, what they were doing, and explained the issue thoroughly. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have had.

Doc and Brad were amazing! Doc helped me for at least an hour and a half. I typically hem and haw over every little spec but no matter how many questions I had, he answered all of them. He never pointed me in a direction, he walked me to a part and then went into depth about why he was recommending it. Brad was equally as helpful when helping me choose monitors. Extremely knowledgeable and showed me multiple models but also gave me the space to think about things when I needed it. I will only come to this location from now on

Raymond huang Was very nice and the staff were helpful. I went here about 5 months ago as of writing and bought a keyboard for a computer I was restoring and he helped me find one. They had what I needed and more (I was staring at the rtx cards) and it was clean and calm. I live states away but my mom and grandparents live near I gave it five because I can not rate it higher. Raymond huang Is nice I will be coming back!
